Genetic Algorithm discussion and program in Java

This is my discussion of genetic programming, three assignments
for beginning Java students (later in the year) and my working Java program
I have given these assignments to my students and they have worked well.

PART IV is missing a line of code in the loop where I find the fitness level
of the male arrays. I needed to also find the fitness level of the females, too.

My ride is waiting and this is the last day. E-mail me if you want more discussion.
